Findings
Hypoechoic enlarged right testis and epididymis with diffusely increased vascularity demonstrated in power doppler setting.
Learning points
- Most common differential for acute onset scrotal pain.
- It is often accompanied by febrile illness.
- The worrisome differential is testicular torsion.
