Unilocular cystic expansile thin walled bony lesion arising from the alveolar process of maxilla. It is seen in close relation to the central incisors with an unerupted / supernumerary tooth lying within the cyst.

Discussion

Unerupted teeth are associated cyst formations that are typically seen in relation to the third molars, but can also be seen in other sites. The supernumerary teeth associated with is responsible for this benign cyst formation. Dentigerous or odontogenic cysts are the most common cystic lesions of the maxilla.
