Findings and Discussion

Duplex collecting system is a common developmental variant seen most often in children, but incidentally in adults. They need to be documented due to their association with vesicuoureteric reflux or ureteroceles. The easiest clue is the disruption o the renal sinus fat in the mid pole with a clear continuous intervening cortex in between.
